We had a fantastic turnout for the Christmas festivities last night and we hope you all enjoyed yourselves. For some bizarre reason, we’re not racing next Wednesday but we’re back the week after. Don’t forget to get you BRCA license renewed before your next visit to the club to avoid the disappointment of not being able to race. A reminder of the New Year Calendar is below. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you all and we look forward to racing again in the next decade 😉

Next week will be our last meeting of the year and as is the tradition it will be a festive Christmas meeting with food, drink, music and the ledgendary FORCC Christmas raffle. Prize donations for the raffle will of course be gratefully received 🙂 Race fees for the meeting are just £1 to help cover the cost of the hall but everything else is free 🙂 You can run whatever car you like (2WD, 4WD, SCT or something else. It’s entirely up to you). Christmas jumpers are always appreciated as is a little tinsel on your car too so knock yourselves out and spread a little festive joy 🙂
Championship Results…
Unbelievably another championship season has come and gone
and once again some congratulations are in order so in 2WD, Congratulations to
Kyle Moon for the win followed by Neil Gavin in 2nd and Matthew
Peters in 3rd. Neil and Matthew were tied on points and Neil takes
it on countback. In the 2WD Juniors, Matthew takes the win, followed by Hattie
Tames in 2nd and Joshua Preston in 3rd.
In 4WD, Congratulations to Richard Baker for the win followed by Michael Blaize in 2nd and Alan Moon in 3rd. Elliott was the top 4wd Junior but has not completed enough rounds to qualify for the championship this time round.
Prize giving will be in the new year for those that completed at least 12 rounds.
