The hall had a safety inspection on Thursday and it was found that the ceiling under the stage contains asbestos. It has been made very clear to us that ceiling is safe and does not represent a health hazard so those of you that get under the stage on a regular basis should not be concerned. The hall is still open as usual however the area under the stage has been quarantined until an asbestos specialist contractor can determine the best course of action. This is expected to happen early this week.<\/p>\n<p>So, there will be no race meeting this week 11\/7\/18 and unfortunately this may be the case for the next week or so too. Keep checking the club website and Facebook page for the latest news.<\/p>\n<p>Please spead the word&#8230;<\/p>\n<h1>Cancelled Meetings &#8211; August<\/h1>\n<p>The hall is closing for the first 4 weeks of August for various refurbishment work including the lighting, heating, flooring and the kitchen.
