A nice relaxed day. With some of the big boys playing elsewhere this weekend, it left the field wide open for the rest of us 😀 As always, there were some cracking races in the finals 🙂

So that’s the first one of the year done and dusted and it was truck week too 😯 . Thank you to everyone that got their BRCA membership sorted out before the meeting. We only had 3 people that I had to join online for them on their behalf. It’s so easy to do even Ollie managed to join on his phone while he was waiting to book in ! 😛 It’s Round 4 of the Winter Series this Sunday and you will all need BRCA membership for that too and that includes all the youngsters that don’t normally come on Wednesday’s as well!

Doors open at 7 for those helping to setup, Practice from about 8 and qualifying from 9:30. A few of the regular helpers can’t make this one so if anyone else would like to rock up early and help it would be much appreciated 🙂

Thank you all for coming today. Once again we had 40+ drivers spread across the 4 classes which is a great turnout.
It was of course Remembrancer Sunday today so thank you all for observing the 2 minute silence.
We also managed to take some time out to watch the finale of the MotoGP Season.

What a busy night. 48 drivers over 8 heats 😯 . Results from the the last 4 weeks are now available 🙂
We found a 12v leisure battery in the car park after Wednesday. We’ve got it under the stage in case it belonged to a club member.
Winter Series Starts THIS WEEKEND!
Round 1 of the infamous FORCC Winter Series starts this Sunday (11/10/15). Doors open from about 7 for track building. Practice from about 8 with racing kicking off at 9:30. There will be 4 rounds of qualifying followed by 3 leg finals for all!

Thank you to everyone that came yesterday. 50 Drivers in total :-). As always, thank you to those that helped with the track build and/or clear up. The help is always appreciated 😎 . It was the first outing for the new club transponders. 10 were handed out and 10 were given back… Awesome!
So one round to go then and while some of the championships have already been wrapped up, there are a lot of people very close together in the points so still everything to play for 😀

Congratulations to Kyle…
…for beating some of Europes finest (oh, and Nathan 😉 ) over in Belgium last weekend at the Euro Indoor Race. Just to add insult to injury he does it in 2WD and 4WD. Somebody get him a short course so he can do the Triple next year 😯
