EPR National

It’s Round 3 of the BRCA National Series up at EPR this weekend so if you fancy seeing some of the UK and Europe’s fastest drivers in action you should head on up for a look. For those of you entered into the meeting, may the Gods of speed and luck be with you all πŸ™‚

Regional Results

Some people have been asking where to get the Regional results from. Shareef posts them on the EPR website. The overalls are not there yet as they are worked out manually by Steve who has been somewhat busy with all the preparation for the National this weekend. Once it’s out of the way, I’m sure getting the championship points sorted will make it to the top of his priority list πŸ˜‰

Juniors and Veterans 2019

Results Updated

Out and about…

2WD Regional at Barham this Sunday.

The entry forms are now available for the BRCA End of Season events. If you’re thinking about entering either the Juniors and Vets at Telford on July 13/14 or the Formula Championships at Broxtowe on September 7/8 then head over to the BRCA website and download the entry forms. Entries are coordinated through the Regional Reps so you’ll need to get your entry form and payment (if applicable) to Steve Brooke at one of the Regional events (such as this weekend at Barham…). Steve will be happy to discuss the events with you if you would like more information and if you’re considering an U13 or U16 Junior entry, Nathan Ralls would love to hear from you as he provides help and support to the Southeast region’s juniors at the Juniors and Vets events. The closing date for Juniors and Vets entries is the 17th of June and for the Formula Championships, it’s the 12th of August.

Week 3

Results Updated

For those that missed it, Big Al gave a quick refresher course on expected behavior and driver etiquette before each heat in round 1. It’s all common sense stuff really…

  • Don’t drive dangerously on or off the track
  • If you cut the track, wait
  • If you take someone out, wait
  • Revenge drives have no place at this (or any other) club
  • Last but not least, a little respect can go a long way πŸ™‚

Prize Giving

Results Updated

So back in October when we cancelled the Winter Series ( πŸ™ ) we said we would start offering prizes for the Wednesday night championships and last night saw the inaugural Wednesday Night Prize Giving. Everyone that completed the minimum 12 out of 15 rounds was eligible for a prize and most of you were there last night to collect. We hope you all liked your prizes and a chomping at the bit to crack on with the new championship! We will be giving prizes for the Wednesday championships for the foreseeable future so keep it clean, keep it legal and may the best drivers win πŸ™‚
