Practice Heats

We are increasingly seeing drivers that are disregarding the Practice Heat process resulting in too many drivers practicing in each heat. The system was introduced specifically to control how many drivers were on the track at any given time during practice to give every driver an equal oportunity to get a clean practice. Here is a reminder of how the system works:

1. Book in and collect your numbered practice token
2. When your practice heat is called, you have your practice having returned your practice token to the box on the stage.
3. Marshal the heat following your practice.

It’s that simple and benefits us all when followed correctly.

With the Summer break over, it was good to get back into the swing of things with week 1 of the new championship. Prize giving for the last championship will be in a couple of weeks once the Moons are back. I’ve gone though the database updating who the Juniors are. If you know of any Juniors that are not showing up in the Junior championships, please let me know and I’ll get it sorted.

Next week The Moons and The Andrews will be missing so we’ll need some early bird help in getting set up and maybe a few more to help pack away out at the end please 🙂
